When the adult is reading the book to the children, they just might be holding a three foot long penknife, which they may want to stick in the baby's heads.

That song is almost as funny as 'I Kicked You in the Stomach Because You're Pregnant' by Anal Cunt. I think it is meant for young kids who don't actually listen to the stories and for the parents who are pissed off at their kids.
