Spirit

I was talking to Ali Dheren the other day and had asked her to check out my spells considering that someone had said that they thought one of my spells would be godmodding. She said people could consider them as such without further explanation and she suggested that we should discuss spirit. I've decided to make a thread to discuss spirit more in depth than the Definition given and discuss the Guide try to define just what spirit mages can and can't do and other aspects of it all.

Also another note is i'd prefer those who actually have used spirit to some extent since they could better add to the discussion.
