Jade smiles comically and wags her tail against Shade's shoulder, quite content to be pet by Yaki. At one point, she even licks her hand. Shade laughs a little and says, "She does that s-sometimes. D-do you have any real-life stories you can t-tell us? Jade, Mantis, Mantidae, and I love to hear stories."

Mantidae clacks her tendrils in confusion on the ground, trying to figure out what exactly is going on with the doll, while Mantis looks curiously at it as well.
