So, went shopping the other night, and got a little inspired. This one is fairly simple - Start getting a pot of water hot for steaming the broccoli. For each beef filet (each around 1.5-2" thick, and about 5-6 inches around), take a slice of bacon, wrap it around the filet edges, and tie it in place with some hemp cord. Take your steak knife and stab each filet four or five times. Cut a couple cloves of garlic into long quarters, and place them in the holes you've made. Sear the flat sides in a seasoned pan, and while you're at it, sear the bacon a little before placing in the oven to finish at 220F.
