at the moment imm tanked around 3K and i was wondering... if i (online) attacked #1 would he be able to laugh at it or would i be sabbed to death:-/

And well even if you do get through, you'll do a lot of damage to his armory. And you probably be massed for a good amount of time ;)

so you need 1/100 or 1bil SA to me able to do some damage. which will be minimum i suppose.

is damage done to IS's still really random?
like i know sometimes when you defend an attack the points on your IS's can drop a lot if they have huge SA but also when the attacker has hardly any SA.
is it the same for BPM's and SA when attacking someone?

It was random last age. So far, there have been no indicators that has changed.
