lol attack of the acronym

lol alliteration

So I am running PCLinuxOS 2007 on a (laugh) 700mhz athlon

Anyways so I want to use #gua but my college blocks that shit because they're gay so I need to connect through SSL (or is it SSH? but i think it's SSL damn acronyms)

I know how to do this in Windows but can't really figure out how to do it in this particular OS.

The IRC program is xChat IRC

EDIT: Did I somehow post this in coding/programming in stead of just PC tech, and didn't realise it? Or did someone move it

OTHER EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out. How simple it was. You can like delete this thread or something.
