When you upgrade from say Camp to Stockade does it just multiply your current stats. Or can you buy more weapons later and have the effect work on them as well?

yes the higher your fortification the more stats a weapon will give you once bought.

Okay, but if you have a steed. And buy flaming arrows your overall attack strength woulld increase by 33% of that of the steed. But what I want to know is if you were to buy an Excaliber afterwards would your stats be reconfigued to (Excaliber strength + Steed strength)*1.34

Or would it be (Steed Strength)*1.34 +Excaliber Strength?

The difference here is a rather significant amount.

Ehm... you should see it loose from eachother.. So if you have a steed and an excalibur it would be:
640 * 1,33 * 5 + 2,560 *1,33 * 5

The 5 is the trained men multiplication, if you have your men untrained it should be 4.

Exactly but what I want to know is if the newly purchased excaliber would get the +33.34% bonus that previous weapons received?

Whenever you stats would be calculated, the fortification/seige technology bonuses are applied to base weapon stats. It works on future and past purchases.

Awesome!

Thanks for the info.

Now I can tell my officer to upgrade. He's still got a camp.

Oh no wait >.< Battlements is a defensive upgrade, so it has no influence over attacking weapons. Sorry, wasn't paying close attention.

It doesn't. Here is a link : http://www.freewebs.com/lorclick/upgrades3.htm
There's an upgrading chart there that tells you exactly at what DA/SA you should go about upgrading. Made by Lor20 if I'm not mistaken.
