That is cool :). Now I am sure the wifey would be a bit upset that I then am using the TV and the CP so she would have to read a book or clean the house :)

This is for the lazy clicker that wants to lay in bed and get some soldiers.

:) Nah stuck on old school mode man. Got the TV for the living room and the computer in the same room across from the TV so I can at least hear what it is she is watching. CSI and what not is decent to listen to and you dont really have to look at it to see what is going on most of the time.

As for playboyshort3 what is that and where can I get one :). I am assuming on like DDL and CW you can press those numbers to click since now its 1-10 on clicking.

It looks abit like an DVD Remote? I think you can get them in most electric shops, Not sure how it'd work though, unless ya set its focus to the number box, Intresting indeed though,

What kinda speed these things bring to clicking, With the buttons being so small, i imagin misclicking is easy to do, and hard to fill in?

Wouldnt it be easyer to just get an wireless keyboard? :p

probably its just a IF receiver/decoder
i've build one of these some years ago when i used to watch anime in my pc, using mplayer+lirc on linux and my home made IF receiver i was able to watch movies from my bed and control the pc as if it were a dvd player.

you just have to asign comands to each button on the remote

for the IF decoder software and some schemas on how to build a receiver go to http://www.lirc.org/
there is a windows version but i dont remember the name :P

another link for a step by step how to build IF remote control receiver.
