I'm new

Ok so I'm new to the forum and this si the only place I can seem to be able to type. Anyway I wanted to know the Difference between a Clan and an Alliance and sec thing is I need help because I wanted to make a Clan and be in alliance with another clan. I want to make it in age 4. Anyway I'm just saying hi and asking those questions and I'm not sure where to put those questions anyway. Can someone help me out? Be a big brother or big sister to me until I get the hang of this place.
