I am trying to make a friend of mine a webpage. I really like the one on http://www.giveupalready.com 's home page. Are there any Admin tool's to make a webpage like that? Or what is the best way to make it look that way.

The guy I am makeing this for knows almost nothing about web design and I want to make it as easy as I can for him to update it.

the home page template for GUA is made from the vb3 package, however you can still make one yourself however. abit of frame trickery with dreamweaver or MS frontpage should do the trick.

In order to get a forum like GUA, you need to get a vb liscense, which is pretty darn expensive. Tau or Krystin could give you exact values.

If you want a free webpage, you could try all the normal places like Geocities and et cetera. However, if you are willing to shell out some cash, there are plenty of places to do it.

However, since he knows aboslutely nothing about web design, I'd say give him Geocities.

id recommend freewebs too. theres not many domain hosts out there that actually limit themselves to the amount of banners/popups to have on sub-domains.

Well this guy does have a web page. http://www.geocities.com/jamie4536/index.html but he does not know html, java, php or just about anything. So I thout I could help him out.

I was working on a web page last year with a few of my friends. It had a cool template with a CP verry easy to use but I don't think it cost the owner anything I may be wrong about this. Any idea's?

I did like the MS frontpage idea thank's.
