Real Name: Arga'Gurtha
Known As: The Heretic
Age: 109
Race: Dark Elf
Gender: Male
Weight: 247
Height: 6'3"
Birthplace: Ville, Rurian
Appearance:
Forest shades of green radiate from the strands that protrude from Arga's head, both above the eyes and upon the surface of his head. These strands upon the surface reach a strong two feet in an elegant drapery common among Elves and Dark Elves alike. The same shades reflect upon the irises of his optic orbs inside the craters of his skull. some say these shades of green turn red as blood when his spirit materializes rage upon his physical being.
His figure, shaded upon the same coloration as smoke, emanated a powerful might in muscle form. Along his back, several black tiger stripes resembled his unique markings. The claws upon his fingers, sharp and deadly with a wolf's fury, decorated his broad and battle-hearty hands. Equipped upon his arms to his knuckles settled a pair of iron gauntlets, lacking finger protection with a set of iron claws adept for those skilled in the style of unarmed combat. His pants, torn and weary from years of combat, were of gray wolfskins. A black kilt hovered over his legs with a fiery pattern at the bottom from battles. His feet bore claws similar to his hands.
History:
Part 1: The Beginning
Arga'Gurtha's birth started in a world of suffering. For the world to suffer around him laid no difference for someone of instinct. The fate of his father at the frontlines of the wars between Deshkin and Rurian descended upon the lands as Arga's birth descended upon his mother, Cuine'Ithil. Notice of Cuine's lover falling to his demise remained a mystery for 18 years to Arga because she did not want to expose him to such horror (or as she felt was horror). Things did not exactly shapen up for Arga as she had hoped, even with an older brother to share experiences with.
Arga always asked why his father was never around. Each time he asked, Cuine would greet Arga with a heroic tale of his father's deeds not only for Dark Elves, but for any Wolves and Dwarves that do not deserve to suffer for "Light Elven injustice". Each time he listened, his curiosity grew of his father. Innocent to the core he be, but that would change in due time.
Arga used to be a firm believer of the Chan Chan faith with an unusual talent for his swift hands and feet of fury. Upon each time the ritual sacrifice was at hand, Arga would slaughter the sacrificial animal for their god. His training with his feet and hands in unarmed combat stacked on top of the thrill of giving a sacrifice for another day to come. Late at night, before slumber, Cuine would hear Arga mutters prayers to his father to return safely.
Chapter 2: Fate Of Darkness
Arga was 18 at the time. His brother was called upon by the military to aid the battle in their righteous cause against Deshkin. An expert craftsman, he was sent merely to be a supplier of materials to continue the battle efforts. However, upon arrival, his brother was greeted not by enthusiastic Rurians but a battleraged army of Deshkins. Loaded to the brim with materials, he was defenseless to their siege. Manslaughtered and pillaged, he suffered a dishonorable death. It did not take long for that death notice to reach Cuine, now that she and Arga remained as the last of the family.
Cuine took a deep breath. She knew it was time Arga learned the truth instead of being told heroic tales to hide what has happened. At a dinner setting, this was recorded:
Cuine: "Arga, my son. There is two things you must know."
Cuine passed Arga the two death notices: the first being his brother's, the second being his FATHER'S! Arga's hopes shattered upon him, along with much that he believed in. He was not angry at his mother for the thought never occurred to him. Arga got up from his seat with a swift advance to the outside setting. These words would mark the change of his life that would make the entire continent gasp from the blasphemy.
Arga: "CAPRISOM AND CHAN-CHAN CAN GO TO HELL!"
After that, he took leave with only a pair of undershorts and a few things of food before anyone could dare punish him for turning into a heretic. Cuine's fate was unknown for numerous years after.
Arga renounced everything Dark Elven, knowing that their "god" fuels their zeal and strength. Magic was renounced, using bows and blades was renouced, charm and slenderness was renounced, everything Dark Elven was renounced... except for bitterness to Deshkins. He had means to renounce such things as well. On a hot, arid day outside of Ville, a fit of rage shoved a moderate-sized rock a sizable distance without Arga having to push on it. Arga blinked from the sight of the rock moving because of that fit. If a rock could be moved like that, he knew that he could make use of extra defenses and offenses moving things around with his power. Thus, he began a long journey of training with fists and force.
Chapter 3: Deshkin and his Mother
Arga moved north to Deshkin at the age of 108, unwelcomed in Rurian for his atrocity. A horseman and a giant troll tore him apart in a desperate battle to protect himself upon entry to the lush green forests of Deshkin. In a gruesome scene, he was whatever the Troll left him. Cuine re-emerged from the shadows in a tan cloak, restoring his body for revival. Arga had to defend himself as his spirit from the Reaper of Souls herself. Fortunately, she seemed pretty stupid to not anticipate the collision that revived him instead of reaping his soul. Arga knows she would not screw that one up again.
Near Wint, he was imprisoned by a band of Elven huntresses. He learned his passion of the metal gauntlet by stealing the Lead Warden's gauntlet to break free. Slowly, one by one, he freed a band of merciless prisoners in Wint's prison while taking out guards. He kept a pair of Iron (Actually, it was steel, but due to the starting gold and costs, Steel would be too expensive to start with) Gauntlets with Claws for himself because breaking bars with the Lead Warden's gauntlet was fun! The Warden tried to use his mother (how she got caught is still a mystery) as a bargaining chip for subduing the jail break and riot, but his rage came into effect again. The Warden and her apprentices lost their helmets as his rage exploded in a violent burst. The prisoners shot their heads afterwards. The prison became Arga's (and Cuine's) home until... the starfalls of 196.
Chapter 4: Divine Salvation Begins
The siege of the Divine Guardians was merciless. Both the prison, overrun by inmates, and the military of Wint were crushed to pieces by this force. Cuine had a bit of insight about this situation because she noticed how spilling DG blood onto open wounds of others turned them into Berserkers. Even if her form would be altered by such a thing, she would be burdened heavily if she had to face her own son without any choice in the matter. She and Arga took heed to lower ground before the forces could reach their immediate area.
A year passed since the siege. Wint became a haven for DGs because of its abundance of forestry and any lumber that was salvaged from the onslaught. For this year, the two hid deeper and deeper to the point that pitch darkness remained. Hiding amongst the deepest hells of the prison, she had a word with Arga.
Cuine: "Son... I fear for the worst. I have seen such atrocities that force others to be their slaves. I cannot live with the idea of us fighting without having a say in the matter, save for least spilling each other's blood. Times like this, we are hopeless to roam alone. Therefore..."
Cuine took out a pendant with an unusual rune that symbolizes the word 'Spirit'.
Cuine: "Entrap me in this pendant. I refuse to drag along as a burden in your soon-to-be struggle for survival."
Arga: "We can get out of this together! That-"
Cuine: "That's exactly it. By entrapping me with this, I will always be at your side... just not in a traditional way."
Arga: "I... I understand."
Cuine: "I can only wish that you pull through for us. Our lineage... is in your hands. Do anything it takes to preserve it."
Arga nodded as he took the mysterious pendant. Hearing fierce steps of the DG around, he laced it on Cuine like a necklace. The strange powers of the pendant engulfed Cuine into an energy-form of herself before pulling the form into the pendant. The rune on the pendant shimmered brightly from the result of the enchantment. Arga donned the pendant, unaffected because it already houses one being. Little is known about the pendant's power, though.
And so Arga's fight for survival begins.
Abilities/Skills:
Low Telekinesis: He can sometimes use his spiritual might to send small objects in numerous directions via push, pull, or even throw. Due to the nature of this technique, Arga'Gurtha is left exhausted after a few uses within a day.
Flavor:"The spirit is not docile. To throw one's spiritual might at one's targets spontaneously is to show that one is always in motion."
Low Toughness: Arga's training of the body and spirit imbues him with strength beyond a normal elf. He can make his stand against a strong man in a test of might, but anything stronger and he would need to inflict serious damage to weaken the target enough to overpower it.
Flavor:"At an evolutionary stance, only the strongest survive. One must draw upon inner strength to tip the scales of survival."
LOCKED High Rage: . In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength with double the force. His body loses control of its might, capable of unleashing a critical hit with each blow dealt. His body shrugs off magical forces until the rage wears off, but will sustain incredibe damage by physical attacks from overstressing the body.
-This will last a little while. sedatives or knock out venoms will work and only strong magic will stun him.
-Only one use per battle. This usually exhausts Arga to the point he can jog, but cannot fight. On rare occassions, if he does not do much and take little damage, he can resume battle.[/color]
Flavor:"In times of desperation or extended struggle, one's senses tap into the primal energies of the spirit. Thus the rage emerges to pave victory with the defeat of others."
Attitude/Alignment or Personality:
Arga is very instinctual about situations. He lacks people skills because of his recluse ways, but the loose (and unexpected) leadership of inmates of Wint provides him with a sense of charisma. Things that are fun or enjoyable are meaningless to him. Formality and manners have no say to his ways for one that acts instinctual acts much like an animal. He is easy to anger, but has no preference of alignment. He always carries an angry look that varies from calm to enraged.

Approved, 500 bonus
Firstly all your skills have been down-graded a bit. There was nothing wrong with them as such, but they were more like high or medium levels. Also the locked tech is now rated high.
The abilities were reorganised so that they are similar to that of other abilities, that is the IC bits were added at the bottom.
Your pendent, and powers or skills resulting from activating it are subject to the normal rules of skills in DS. That is you do not automaticaly gain it.
The weapon you have was valued to be about 550 gold, 50 above what you have. You cannot go to the deshkin shop, because the DG have crushed all such places.
Let the hunt begin.

Chapter 5: The Escape
The ability to sustain himself limited his right to sanctuary in Wint's abandoned prison. Arga scavenged the deathly floor of several crude, tattered iron objects that would act as his weapons. Cautiously, he proceeded to the basement floor to witness the lack of patrol within the prison. Outside patrol of two Slayers and a Berserker caught him catching a sneak peak through a hole to the first floor. Arga's intellect added with the Berserker's carelessness and the Slayers' refusal to assist lead to Arga's return in the lower level he started from, escaping any injuries that meant his timeless end. Arga bought himself numerous minutes of time using a torch and shoddy living conditions to ignite the floor... and eventually the entire prison, into an inferno. Upon the hellish setting, Arga used the chaotic atmosphere to tunnel his way out of the danger and away from the perverse beings that seemed to want him alot more than he expected. Upon the prison's collapse, he went 50 paces through the earth southbound. By 400 paces, when he fell through the tunnel into a cavern, the DGs were in the middle of uncovering the wreck.
Arga's desperation for survival was overpowered by a downward path in the caverns, luminated with Void-powered crystals and rare ores that not even conventional pickaxes could remove. Arga was (and still is) unaware that the caverns housed the Void: a race of its own derived from the nothingness of their realm. He did not notice the setting was best as a mine because a being looking oddly like him took form out of a spontaneous burst of dark mist, minus the abnormal spirit, dripping claws, and red eye. The being requested, nay, ordered Arga to follow him down the caverns. Arga had no choice but to accept because it beats having to run back into the same hunters that tried him in Wint.
Flaw System:
Advantages:
Superior Strength (+3)
-Years of self-training in exile outside of Ville, thanks to rocks and the fauna, imbued his form and spirit with strength beyond Elves. This can stack with power-improving skills, such as Toughness.
Strongly Improved Senses (+3)
-Every day since exile until recently, Arga's independence was the only thing keeping him alive. To preserve himself, his senses and instincts adapted to the everyday hostility. His five senses (Sight, Smell, Taste, Touch, Hear) are significantly improved over Elven senses, but only by a small factor.
Medium Fire Resistance (+2)
-His extensive exposure to Rurian's hot weather (and extreme temperature waves) honed his body to withstand levels of heat greater than the inhabitants of Rurian. A slight amount of fire damage may be absorbed, along with a greater tolerance for extreme heat. This may stack with Fire-Reistance improving spells, abilities, and buffs.
Disadvantages:
Strong Hatred to Elven Ways: Armaments (-3)
-Living in exile from Dark Elves, along with maltreatment from Light Elves, fueled his passion to renounce any combat methods Elven-related. If he finds any equipment to be Elven-made, he will refuse it by any means necessary. In return, he cannot use the following weapons:
--Swords, Daggers, Bows, Spears, Halberds, Staves, Glaives, Wands
Strong Hatred to Elven Ways: Mystics (-3)
-Living in exile from Dark Elves, along with maltreatment from Light Elves, fueled his passion to renounce any combat methods Elven-related. He has no objection to the Fire element, Dark element, and telekinesis, but will refuse to learn anything else.
Medium Ice Vulnerability (-2)
-His extensive exposure to Rurian's hot weather (and extreme temperature waves) honed his body to withstand levels of heat greater than the inhabitants of Rurian. However, his heat resistance creates an inverse effect with cold, rendering him slightly weakened than normal. Extreme colds maim his physical abilities by half. Ice spells and abilities have a larger impact on him than normal. This may stack with Ice-Weakness spells, abilities, and buffs.

[LOCKED] High Rage: . In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength with double the force. His body loses control of its might, capable of unleashing a critical hit with each blow dealt. Okay, okay, approved. In the Flaw System I added some minor name things in red just so it's easier to see what level (1, 2, 3) the (dis)advantage was. Anyway, I know you can RP and therefore know you can work with the Flaw System flawlessly (ha-ha-haaa word-jokes) so... no problem here. I'll open up the Quest too!

Chapter 6: The Void's Initial Defeat
Briefly, the stranger escorted Arga to the courtyard of the Void's sanctum, only to unveil the initial purpose of Arga to them. Arga accepted the challenge to defeat just one DG for favor from the Void, henceforth heading out with an intercepting squadron to deal with the DGs that proceeded into the mines. As the front lines distracted the DGs, the resources were siphoned without hesitation. Arga was granted his target as well: the Void carried him and a Berserker that "challenged" him to a secluded area.
From that spot, Arga engaged in a swift battle upon the creature. The creature could not be defeated with brute force alone. Instead, he used his speed and cunning to bring the beast to his knees via nutbusting with a blade using telekinesis. The creature was doomed: Arga did not spare it, thus, executed the creature with a decapitating shovel swipe. Henceforth, the Rage was unleashed...
At that time, the DGs pressed onward to the courtyard for an epic battle with the Void. Although the small regiment of Void held a strong stand: they were eventually defeated. The Legend's ultimatum did not work either: The temple's growing source of power erupted a beam that failed to destroy the rest of the Void. The deed was done and the DGs left with a crevice overlooked. Arga waited until it was time. He headed back to the courtyard to cremate corpses and salvage anything the Void could use.
High Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength with double the force.
On rare occassions, if he does not do much and take little damage, he can resume battle.

Changes in this
Real Name: Arga'Gurtha

The deed was done and the DGs left with a crevice overlooked. Arga waited until it was time. He headed back to the courtyard to cremate corpses and salvage anything the Void could use.
Part 7: The Divine Farce
During the cremation and salvaging of the deceased Void and their armaments, he came across the body of Rhok'Da and her diary. He read through it, learning that Cuine'Ithil loved her. By Cuine's request, a little tidbit on the pendant's ability to draw upon her powers (and Rhok'Da's now), and the aid of the Reaper of Souls, Arga transferred Rhok'da into the pendant. He brought the two together. He also dipped his shovel into the pools nearby. The Blood of Lina (pitch black) covered the shovel completely as the power launched him into a wall with a yelp.
Then came the Three Berserkers! ...and a Slayer.
He slammed the doors on the Berserkers, then jumped the one on his left as they shoved them open. He dispatched the Berserker and dove for the statue. The remaining two caught up, but one was temporarily-incapacitated by a shovel in the back. However, he slipped up on a botched kick and fell with the other Berserker ready to impale. Through desperation, he used his shovel to propel off the attacking Berserker. The followup was a whip to grab his leg.
That's when he decided to let rage consume him.
Enraged, he landed next to one of the pools of Lina's blood. From there, he unleashed a telekinetic push on the Berserker's groin with a decapitating blow to follow up. The wounded Berserker sprung into action and barely dodged another decapitation. The Berserker took a shot at Arga's back with a blood spear while he was facing the Slayer. The enraged state, strength, and spine of the Dark Elf only made him angrier. With a vicious intent, the Dark Elf once more downed the Berserker to the ground with an immediate escape into the Temple. The Temple was lit by purple flames from candles and indigo luminence from plants. With Rhok'Da and Cuine'Ithil giving him the orders and a convenient flammable fluid coating all the floors, he forced the Slayer to back away or be incinerated.
One thing remains a mystery:
Cuine: "Let's hope my side of the family carried into him..."
Rhok'Da: "The flames from that fluid would destroy anything that's not one of us within mere seconds."
Cuine: "And last for days before they get put out!"
Rhok'Da: "Not like the duration means anything, since the floors would be replenished with that fluid just as fast as it bursts to flames..."
Is Arga one of the Void?

Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
-This shovel is coated in the Blood of Lina (pitch black): the entire shovel is a black metalloid with a razor-edged shovel head and gold tinting.
-This shovel's power increases as the user's level increases. It cannot do anything else. The following is the details I PMed to Wolve regarding the shovel:
The darker emotions of Lina are about power, and the only way one can truly fathom her power--her darker emotions--is to be able to embrace power within themselves. Technically-speaking, the shovel has unlimited power. However, the amount of power within that can be unleashed is based on what the individual can handle.
The shovel does not "grow" in physical form, but it can smash through harder things as the user gets stronger. Ultimately, in the end, it would be beyond rare to see anything not yield to the shovel.
The Blood of Lina is what the Void believe is the very essence from Lina. As any living thing, Lina (to them) is said to embrace in various emotions. The blood resembles which emotions she feels. Black blood would imbue the powers of destruction: White blood would imbue the powers of creation. The blood, however, can only be safely transferred to object. Creatures would most certainly face dire consequences which may include death or deep transformation into an abomination (But not limited to those).

-This pendant holds the very beings of Cuine'Ithil and Rhok'Da, by body, mind, and spirit. The pendant's only way to be destroyed is when the wearer wills the pendant to shatter, freeing Cuine'Ithil and Rhok'Da.
-Arga can use the powers of Cuine'Ithil and Rhok'Da, given he is capable of using such powers. Usable spells from Cuine'Ithil and Rhok'Da will be in their own spell tabs. (For him to use their spells, he has to learn them like anyone else has to.)
-This item is Soulbound. Even if Arga dies, the pendant will carry with him on his spirit. Force-removal and unbinding will not apply.
-This item does not have any spells.

I will take this. Comments after dinner.
For now, I took out your SIG! *Growls*
EDIT -
Sorry for the late edit, something was on the tele..
Anyway,
Arga's training of the body and spirit imbues him with strength beyond a normal elf. He can make his stand against a very strong man in a test of might, but anything stronger and he would need to inflict some damage to weaken the target enough to overpower it.
you were a bit too easy on the Low Upgrade, so I fixed one more word for ya' just to make it that taddy-bitty-bit stronger. It may. Oh yeah, also fix the naming. It is no longer a Low Toughness, but rather a Moderate one. It would be preferable if you made clear it was upgraded though, so make it something along the lines of 'Low+Low Up. = Moderate Toughness' or 'Moderate Toughness [Low + Low Up.]', mkay?
Also add that the pendant contains no spells at the moment, or that Arga knows none at least if the first is not true.
Otherwise it's fine. Nice additions overall, you have made yourself a nicely worked out and pretty strong character, with quite some experience already! The DG know him now :mrt:
Anyway, make the assigned changes and PM me that you're done or something and you're good to go. Nothing big eyh? :)

This makes him unable to use any weapon or armor with Elven design or Elven craftsmanship.
Unbound Rage (-1)
-In desperation of survival, he mistook the glowing red potion as a healing potion. The potion drove him into a great rage that would linger even after the potion-imbued Rage wore off. If he is not under the effects of Rage, he will be under a pseudo-rage that has a smaller, but significant effect in comparison to the actual Rage. Due to his rage, he is hindered in using his intellect, save for least limited to basic functions and communications.
Abilities/Skills:
High Telekinesis (Low + Moderate Upgrade): He can use his spiritual might at will to send large objects or an individual in numerous directions via push, pull, or even throw. The amount of uses of this skill is determined by the weight (size) of the objects manipulated and the execution of this skill: push, pull, throw, hold (in order of execution difficulty from easiest to hardest).
Flavor:"The spirit is not docile. To throw one's spiritual might at one's targets spontaneously is to show that one is always in motion."
Moderate [Low + Low] Toughness: Arga's training of the body and spirit imbues him with strength beyond a normal elf. He can make his stand against a very strong man in a test of might, but anything stronger and he would need to inflict some damage to weaken the target enough to overpower it.
Flavor:"At an evolutionary stance, only the strongest survive. One must draw upon inner strength to tip the scales of survival."
High Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength with double the force.
On rare occassions, if he does not do much and take little damage, he can resume battle.
Flavor:"In times of desperation or extended struggle, one's senses tap into the primal energies of the spirit. Thus the rage emerges to pave victory with the defeat of others."
[LOCKED]High Swiftness:
The body is capable of great adaptations ranging from minor stress to unbearable strain. Through Arga's bouts with the Divine, his body greatly improved on speed and reflex to surpass even the skillful class of his own, and most possibly even skillful faeries. Although undocumented, there is a considerable chance he could outclass the Berserkers in speed and reflex, but a Slayer may be a problem...
[LOCKED]High Shovel Mastery:
The shovel aided him in many battles, through steel and black blood of Lina. As time grew, the shovel became a great extension of himself for not only offensive maneuvers, but defensive as well. Strong attacks, even from the mightiest of foes, may be warded by the shovel without losing grip, but will still be able to toss Arga a considerable distance. In return, his deadly force, precision, and speed can bring tough defenses to a halt or vulnerable spots to a debilitating status.
Cuine'Ithil's Spells: --None--
Rhok'Da's Spells: --None--
Attitude/Alignment or Personality:
Arga is very instinctual about situations. He lacks people skills because of his recluse ways, but the loose (and unexpected) leadership of inmates of Wint provides him with a sense of charisma. Things that are fun or enjoyable are meaningless to him. Formality and manners have no say to his ways for one that acts instinctual acts much like an animal. He is easy to anger, but has no preference of alignment. He always carries an angry look that varies from calm to enraged.
Gold: 500g
Armor: None
Weapons:
[Locked] Iron Gauntlets w/ Iron Claws

Chapter 8: Divine Luck? Or Unholy Salvation?
Through vigorous traversing and digging through caverns, in addition to a lengthy swim, the Dark Elven warrior reached the shores south of Wint. For a brief moment, he took rest with a piece of raw meat to feast upon. It was not too long after that he viewed what could be described as the most beautiful lady ever to set foot on the world of Lina: described by the Void as the Embodiment of Lina. That is, if she was not transformed into a Berserker.
At first, the female was pleasant to be greeted by the Dark Elf. But that changed easily as an unusual icy assault of weather, a flying tree, and a powerful crush of the ribs revealed that she was with the Divine Guardians. Although Arga tried all he could to fight her off, given he was too weak from the start to defeat her, but ended up with a giant tidal wave behind him. Such a wave of 60' in height would prove disasterous for any mortal since such a wave was most likely a force of the Goddess, but he survived it with only a blackout by a glowing red potion. This was what went in his mind:
Upon drinking the sustaining fluid, I could feel myself attached to this world. Perhaps I am not dead, but a great wave of anger consumed me. In my mind I could only see red: pure, blood red. Flowing within a sea of red I was, overwhelmed by my unleashed soul. Did the potion have such a powerful spiritual enchantment that the rage would be unbound? As much as I wanted to ponder this, I could only think of one thing... REVENGE... against these damned creatures that plague my home!
The potion's effect was an overwhelming force of rage to consume him, granting him strength to fight off the wave's deadly force. The potion itself... was it sheer divine luck that he was greeted by it? Or perhaps it was a key to an unholy salvation as the Embodiment of Lina opposed him? Neither mattered, for all he could see was red...

Gots it. Will do in a second.
EDIT - Okay, the Flaw needs a little extra. Right now it does not (properly) describe what exactly is the disadvantage for Arga. I can be enraged, that says nothing. I want to know what he has permanently lost, what it is this rage derives him to. Something like that.
The High Skill is okay but for one small thing. Instead of individuals, make that 'an individual'. I can see objects being plural, but individuals tend to fight back as well and thus should be more difficult to throw around. If you make it a single individual, it's fine.
Otherwise, looks cool. Be sure to wait a lil' with a new Quest in Rurian. You know why... ;)

Skill fixed. The - flaw gives him the pseudo-rage, but massively reduces his intellectual capabilities. In all retrospect, he would be limited to basic functions, basic communications, and his instincts. The -intellect effect might wanna be reduced, though, since it may seem too much for a -1 flaw.

I think that solves the problem. Does thee not?
High Telekinesis (Low + Moderate Upgrade): He can use his spiritual might at will to send large objects and or an individual in numerous directions via push, pull, or even throw. Fix that and we're done. :)

[4]High Telekinesis: He can emite a high amount of force equal to the strength of two men to a target from a chosen direction. It can deliver a high amount of damage.
[2]Moderate Toughness: Arga has two times the physical strength of a normal man.
[4] High Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength.
- [2] Moderate Duration: This lasts for a decent amount of time.
- [2] Moderate Strength: His strength is further improved by two times a man's physical strength (or a bit stronger).
[LOCKED][4]High Speed: Arga can move three times as fast as a normal man.
[LOCKED][4]High Reflexes: Arga can react three times as fast as a normal man.
[LOCKED][4]High Shovel Mastery: Strong attacks may be warded by the shovel. In return, his deadly force and precision can bring tough defenses to a halt or vulnerable spots to a debilitating status.
[6]Moderate Stamina: Arga has four times the endurance of an average man.

Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
-Effective Power: Copper
-This shovel is coated in the Blood of Lina (pitch black): the entire shovel is a black metalloid with a razor-edged shovel head and gold tinting.
Items:
Mysterious Pendant of Cuine'Ithil
Rhok'Da's Diary
-The cover contains Cuine's name in Dark Elven Runes.
-The logs inside the diary are written in Dark Elven: the timestamps are not.
Location: Quarter distance from Caprice to Ville, a linear path in the mountains.

The Legend's ultimatum did not work either: The temple's growing source of power erupted a beam that failed to destroy the rest of the Divine.
Chapter 9: Heading Home, Part 1
Through what most would consider a stroke of luck, Arga survived the massive wave and was beached underneath wreckage on the Rurian coast near Caprice. Removing himself from the pile, he commenced his trek to Ville from the shores, under a lesser effect of the rage potion he consumed. It took a couple of days of traveling and scrounging for food and water before two Berserkers found him and attempted to take him out. He was ready to fight them, but due to noticing the area around had some volcanic activity in the distance he proceeded onward to the source towards the southwest.
He came across an abandoned fortification where holes were in the mountainous walls and ballistae, shielded by barricades, were armed and ready. From there, the two Berserkers proceeded once more to deal with Arga as necessary, but only to launch him into a type of tripwire that sprung the trap. The first Berserker was slain by a ballista shot that took his head off, but the other one eluded the massive bolts and protected himself from the arrows. The rain of fire that followed finished the second Berserker in a violent and painful death of fire. Left exhausted by the fight, Arga picked himself up and proceeded towards the volcanic smoke source.

Lots of work to do around here I se to get his baby back to new standards.
Lets start from the top to bottom:
Strong Hatred to Elven Ways: Armaments (-3)
-Living in exile from Dark Elves, along with maltreatment from Light Elves, fueled his passion to renounce any combat methods Elven-related. This makes him unable to use any weapon or armor with Elven design or Elven craftsmanship.
These are no longer flaws…
Please make new ones accordingly.
strong flaw is now called muscled
2
Simplify the telekinesis skill.
Simplify the toughness skill.
Rage does several things, let magic bounce of him, double his strength, increase ability to score critical hits… it cant do all that at once… there is no “incredible damage for a split of a second skill” witch this one resembles a lot.
Swiftness must be simplified as well as choose if you want speed or reflexes, not both.
Stamina is good to go.

Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
I can’t go against what wolve approved, only BK can, so I will se what he has to say, because I don’t know any of the work behind it.
That’s what I found so far, but I will request BK to double check me since it’s a lot of things, just to make sure we don’t screw your character up.

Welcome back, hope I didn’t scare you to much.

Eh... the only thing that will make-or-break Arga is the shovel thing, because he's had that for a few quests now.
Rage I can numb down easily cause he hasn't faced a magic situation as of yet.
Rage side effects are now -flaws, and very powerful -flaws at that (honestly, put them together, you -literally- can't defend yourself). That way, Rage is a due-or-die ability and not some temporary enhancement that can be used over and over again.
Other than that, I think everything is summed up and done as needed now. Again, my only fear is the fate of the shovel (aside from a shovel that grows in power with Arga, its a shovel  imagine the sight of a Dark Elf with a shovel in a big battle)

could you provide the information and discussion behind the shovel?

Before I get into the shovel, this was Arga's previous Toughness:
Moderate [Low + Low] Toughness: Arga's training of the body and spirit imbues him with strength beyond a normal elf. He can make his stand against a very strong man in a test of might, but anything stronger and he would need to inflict some damage to weaken the target enough to overpower it.
Flavor:"At an evolutionary stance, only the strongest survive. One must draw upon inner strength to tip the scales of survival."
Since he had both effects active prior to the change, it would make sense to have an additional Spirit Strength effect as its own skill/ability, active at the same rank as Toughness. My argument is that since he already had this and did not do anything that would lose the effect, it wouldn't make sense ICly that he suddenly 'lost' extra spirit strength. Or perhaps (to make it easier to avoid over-cramming skills/abilities) change Toughness to just say 'strength'? That would round all his strength as one thing and not subdivide it.
Now for the shovel... taken from Mysteries of Cuine'Ithil: Road to Rurian (http://www.giveupalready.com/showthread.php?t=28136):
"Fair enough to me. Is there a weapon I could borrow for the trip?"
Rhok'Da: "Dip the Shovel into the pools. Although such an act is not recommended, you will need the power of destruction to fight your way back to the mortals so you can assist them. I, myself, know I am encouraging what I should be preventing, but I would rather risk a shovel embracing Lina's darkness than a living being."
"I have better things to do, but a good idea nonetheless."
Upon the sacred Blood of Lina (pitch black), he emerged the head of his shovel into the liquid. As the shovel embraced upon Lina's darker emotions, he could feel the power shocking his body. As much as he tried to hold back from screaming, the final surge of power into his shovel sent him, with his shovel, into the wall of the Temple's entrance room, letting out a vicious yelp from his lungs because of impact.
"Ow..."
Arga got up with his shovel, except the shovel was a black metalloid: shaft, head, and handle: with gold tint. It now emanated a destructive force with a razor edge. That is his new weapon. And with it, he made his way through the Temple.
Anyway, you also Requested an upgrading of your Shovel and the pendant. You gain the upgrade of the pendant but that of the shovel I want a PM about first.
EDIT - I got the PM explaining and he can have the shovel (For Mods approving the Updated Profile).
And the PM:
The darker emotions of Lina are about power, and the only way one can truly fathom her power--her darker emotions--is to be able to embrace power within themselves. Technically-speaking, the shovel has unlimited power. However, the amount of power within that can be unleashed is based on what the individual can handle.

Creatures would most certainly face dire consequences which may include death or deep transformation into an abomination (But not limited to those).
To clarify: the shovel's effective power is the same as Arga's effective power.

Then the way I look at it, the shovel is only as strong as the skill you acquire for it, meaning you currently do not possess such skill meaning the shovel is in fact isn’t even as strong as cobber... or please do clarify...
It also came to my attention that the rage skill isn’t good to go yet.
[4]High Rage: Arga's physical / spiritual strength are increased treefold for a long period of time.
The rage is a boost, meaning either his physical or spiritual strength is increase 3 times of the regular during this boost... in return; the boost can last a long time.
But under the circumstances if you wish you can make the high rage into 2 skills, high rage – spiritually and high rage – physical… each of them a [2] skill (medium) that increase spirit and one for physical.

What I ended up doing was:
--re-locking Speed for Shovel Mastery. Its abrupt, but I felt this would be worth more weight in survival. Speed can be picked up later.
--dividing Toughness into Physical Toughness and Spiritual Toughness (which turns a 2 into 2 1s), then pooled 1 point in each to maintain the strength effect.
----Thus, Rage was divided into Rage: Physical and Rage: Spiritual, which are now boosts to their respective Toughness. Like Toughness, Rage was divided from a 4 to 2 2s (but has a condition that if Rage is used, all Rage abilities are triggered simultaneously. Literally, how can you Rage spiritually without Raging physically? )
--Pulling straight from the weapon description:
Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
-This shovel is coated in the Blood of Lina (pitch black): the entire shovel is a black metalloid with a razor-edged shovel head and gold tinting.
-This shovel's power increases as the user's level increases. It cannot do anything else.
It states his level affects the Shovel's effective power. I believe the confusion is that 'level' isn't really defined. If you wish, instead of using 'level' to be the Shovel's power modifier, a more reasonable idea would be for spiritual strength to affect the Shovel's power. I say spiritual strength because of this, from my PM to Wolve:
The darker emotions of Lina are about power, and the only way one can truly fathom her power--her darker emotions--is to be able to embrace power within themselves. Technically-speaking, the shovel has unlimited power. However, the amount of power within that can be unleashed is based on what the individual can handle.
Embracing power isn't really something based on weapon mastery (thus, ruling out weapon mastery to determine the Shovel's effective power) and physical strength only determines how much force the person provides to the Shovel to attack something. Hence, it takes spiritual strength to fortify the Shovel to be powerful enough to break or shred objects.
So it would look like this:
Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
-This shovel is coated in the Blood of Lina (pitch black): the entire shovel is a black metalloid with a razor-edged shovel head and gold tinting.
-This shovel's power increases as the user's spiritual strength increases.
Hm, I should probably simplify Shovel Mastery while we're at it... but after the Shovel's squared away :)

[2]BOOST: Moderate Rage: Physical: For a long time, Arga has two times the total physical strength. All Rage abilities are triggered simultaneously.
[2]Moderate Spiritual Toughness: Arga's spiritual strength is two times the strength of any normal man.
[2]BOOST: Moderate Rage: Spiritual: For a long time, Arga has two times the total spiritual strength. All Rage abilities are triggered simultaneously.
A [4] high skill doesn't get to be divided up into 4 x [2] moderate skills. The math doesn't really add up.
The original skill can be divided up into some parts:
High Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength with double the force. His body loses control of its might, capable of unleashing a critical hit with each blow dealt. His body shrugs off magical forces until the rage wears off, but will sustain incredible damage by physical attacks from overstressing the body.
Increase strength. Losing control is a rp element and stated as a flaw already. A critical hit depends on rping and circumstances.
Immunity to magic is a separate skill.
Body toughness as separate skill
-This will last a little while. sedatives or knock out venoms will work and only strong magic will stun him.
Immunity to magic but susceptibility to poisons? Typo? Anyway. Repetition of the immunity to magic and of body toughness.
-Only one use per battle. This usually exhausts Arga to the point he can jog, but cannot fight. On rare occassions, if he does not do much and take little damage, he can resume battle.
The above already exists as a flaw so it is irrelevant.
So in short, he can get the following skills:
Strength
Immunity to magic
Toughness
which would all fall under the transformation rules. So that would become:
[4] High Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength and toughen his body. This lasts for a very short time. [1]
- [1] Low Strength: He is as strong as a man and a half (or a bit stronger).
- [1] Low Immunity to magic: he can withstand a bit more magical damage than normal people.
- [1] Low Toughness: His body can take a bit more damage than normal people can.
Do refer him to the section in the rules on polymorpshing/summoning skills.
[2]Moderate Stamina: Arga has double the endurance of an average man.
He has 6 skill points to spend here from his quest. So that'd be a [6] high skill. I don't remember awarding a shovel mastery upgrade so he doesn't get to put points into that skill.
As for the shovel: No weapon shall increase in power as a skill increases. The skills already affect the damage rendered by a weapon. So if a weapon is to be increased in strength or upgraded, it is to be done through questing and requesting those upgrades when they are achieved. Much like I'm doing with Egon's staff.
I called in a little support and talked it over with BK, to make this as clean as possible and this is what he came to the conclusion of, to make the best out of everything...
The above is his suggestion / opinion. It is my will and hence it is law!!! <.< ... >.> What? - BK

I effing did it... *drops dead* Its ready... and the shovel now has its own power rating, just like Skills. I gave it a zero to indicate it has no effective power by itself.
*Toasts to Arga's future tombstone while laying on one*

Real Name: Arga'Gurtha
Known As: Arga
Age: 109
Race: Dark Elf
Gender: Male
Weight: 247
Height: 6'3"
Birthplace: Ville, Rurian
Location: Stronghold of Caprice, Rurian.
Religion: None. He believes in himself.
Fame: 264 XP
Equipped upon his arms to his knuckles settled a pair of steel gauntlets, lacking finger protection with a set of steel claws adept for those skilled in the style of unarmed combat. His pants, torn and weary from years of combat, were of gray wolfskins. A black kilt hovered over his legs with a fiery pattern at the bottom from battles. His feet bore claws similar to his hands.
However, Niceda's presence seems to have an impact on his rage, causing him to control himself better than normal. He's also opened up to her before and had flashbacks of his childhood...
Abilities/Skills:
[4]Novice Telekinesis: He can emite a high amount of force equal to the strength of two men to a target from a chosen direction. It can deliver a high amount of damage.
[4]Novice Toughness: Arga has three times the physical strength of a normal man.
[4]Novice Rage: In his maddened state, his spirit can enhance his strength.
- [2]Amateur Duration: This lasts for a decent amount of time.
- [2]Amateur Strength: His strength is further improved by two times a man's physical strength (or a bit stronger).
[4]Novice Speed: Arga can move three times as fast as a normal man.
[4]Novice Reflexes: Arga can react three times as fast as a normal man.
[4]Novice Shovel Mastery: Arga can either deal a high amount of damage to his foe or defend from a high-level attack with a shovel.
[8]Apprentice Stamina: Arga has five times the endurance of an average man.
Cuine'Ithil's Spells: --None--
Rhok'Da's Spells: --None--
Gold: 500g
Items/Equipment:
Gold-Tinted Shovel of Destruction
-Effective Power: Copper
-This shovel is coated in the Blood of Lina (pitch black): the entire shovel is a black metalloid with a razor-edged shovel head and gold tinting.
Mysterious Pendant of Cuine'Ithil
Rhok'Da's Diary
-The cover contains Cuine's name in Dark Elven Runes.
-The logs inside the diary are written in Dark Elven: the timestamps are not.
Steel Gaunlets with Claws
A pair of steel gauntlets that protect the forearms and backsides of the hands. Attached to the gauntlets are sets of three steel, sharp claws. The gauntlets have no finger protection, making it easier to move the fingers than a normal pair of gauntlets.
2 Orbs of Darkness
Two glass orbs, dark in color, and emanating a small degree of dark power. Any attributes or special effects they have are unknown.
Ruby Brooch Necklace
A simple brooch of silver, gemmed with a ruby. This brooch is attached to a silver necklace chain. The endurance required to cast fire magic is lowered by a moderate [3] amount, effectively making them easier to cast.
Cloak of Darkness
A black cloak, fitted for someone 5'8" tall and an average build. It emanates a small aura of darkness that can protect from a decent amount of light exposure.

Things did not exactly shape up for Arga as she had hoped, even with an older brother to share experiences with.
The Legend's ultimatum did not work either: The temple's growing source of power erupted a beam that failed to destroy the rest of the Divine.
Although Arga tried all he could to fight her off, given he was too weak from the start to defeat her, he ended up with a giant tidal wave behind him. Such a wave of 60' in height would prove disastrous for any mortal since such a wave was most likely a force of a Goddess, but he survived it with only a blackout by a glowing red potion.
Chapter 10: Correction: Heading to Caprice!
Continuing down the path led to a whole lot of not much. All he could do was shake off the encounter, turn a vulture into a meal with a combination of telekinesis and his shovel, and fend off a small pack of wolves by using the alpha wolf as an example. Resting to digest did not do much for him because he was greeted by a wandering Dark Elf trying to rally people to Caprice (as well as an arrow nicking his shoulder), then a Void acquaintance of his--a Legend--with a companion of his own. The Dark Elf before the Void pair was unable to convince Arga to avoid Ville, despite the warning that Ville was sacked by the Divine, but the Void pair assured Arga that everything left in Ville was attended to before anything could happen. They also charged him with a challenge: to prove worthy for assistance. Provided a horse and the recovery of his body from eating a vulture raw, he rode onward to Caprice.
Like any newcomer, he was expected to show blood. He proved himself as not being a Berserker in disguise to a guard with the wound on his shoulder, although the wound was reopened by the very guard, and was given word to help out with the cause. Given guidance by a dwarf and shrugging off both the words of people and the climate, his shovel was put into use by digging out the uneven lumps in the moat. This continued onward from the southwest side to the northwest side. Upon nightfall, he situated himself in front of the northwest gate, not willing to trust the people of Caprice just yet.
<Space reserved for [Rurian] Preparing for the worst... (http://www.giveupalready.com/showthread.php?t=63285) to follow chronological order>
Unable to sleep easy, he took a walk alongside the moat southbound while under watch of a wall patrol. He encountered a guard along the way, who advised him to be inside the city. A little late for that because the Divine revealed their strike force positioned towards the west side and sparked the call to arms. With help from the archers of the wall lending a rope, Arga was able to get onto the wall from the ground level. Despite best efforts, using available throwing spears to slow the advance and hurling away Berserkers that got onto the wall, the resistance would not be enough. Given the word that it was time to bail, he dropped torches into the moat and immediately jumped off the wall and into a building! The impact was rough and left him aching for the moment.
He crashed into a child's bedroom and discovered a steel sacrificial kris in a corner. This initiated a flashback of when he was a child, always willing to sacrifice for what used to be his god with his mother and brother. However, he snapped out of it and found a little girl in hiding, obviously staying by parents' request. The timid girl noticed his injuries and rushed to get something to treat him, yet rushed back with a potion while screaming because a Berserker was lurking about. She immediately fed him the potion as the thing noticed the pair. His limbs slowly gained strength and he unleashed a telekinetic slam upon the Berserker's nuts. With strength returning, he finished the creature off by slamming it onto its back and taking the head off with his shovel. The girl got what she needed and rushed out of the door with him.
Outside, the pair proceeded carefully onward through a street and alley to find the girl's parents. With a Slayer laying on the ground with arrows and blades through its body, the girl rushed to her mom and fallen father. Amongst the tragic reunion, Arga was hit with another flashback: the time he cursed off Ogoun and left Ville because his brother was killed while giving his service to the war. However, both the reunion and flashback were interrupted when the Slayer made its move and skewered the girl's mother right in front of her! Arga charged the desperate creature, but was hurled into a house with a loose foundation at the door, being sent through the door to the opposite wall! It lurked towards him, intent to take another life. The monster met its match as the Dark Elf it launched unleashed his telekinesis to tear down the loose foundation and send the roof to fall on top of it! The killer was no more and Arga fought his way through a cracked wall of stone to escape the house. The little girl was in agonizing pain from the loss of her parents, but could not afford to break down in front of Arga.Arga made sure the mother would not rise again, if the Divine could raise the dead, by taking off the mother's head while the girl was not looking and throwing the head far away from the body.
By Arga's suggestion, she got onto his back. He carried her the distance from where her parents were killed to the Stronghold, taking a break in the park and using its foliage to conceal themselves. The pair resumed the trek to the Stronghold, but by Arga's decision they went to the warehouses instead to find anything useful. The girl finally had enough of holding onto him and got onto her feet. Both were pretty worn and took a breather to recover some strength. She finally let her pain out, but he let out some facts of his own and words of inspiration to lift her spirits. They exchanged names with each other and resumed finding supplies. The east warehouse was their target since activity was going on inside the building. Arga smashed the window open and helped Niceda inside. He literally flopped himself in, landing on broken glass and his shovel, as well as the presence of a giant scorpion.
He got his body up and was given treatment by the little girl with another potion, but even so the glass would prove a problem. To hold off the scorpion, Arga focused his telekinesis to try and push the scorpion away. However, the scorpion was too powerful and slowly inched through the telekinesis to him. Niceda attempted to remove the glass, but was not strong enough to do so. Arga told her to get away and hide. She complied and hid in a corner... a corner with a trap door. In a desperate attempt, Arga shifted his telekinesis to lift the scorpion off its front and fall on top of him as he fell onto his back again. Niceda, however, triggered the trap door and fell into the secret vault.
Dazed and disoriented, he barely noticed what was happening (other than having a scorpion's body in his face). By the time he regained his senses. A redheaded piratess pulled him out of the way and aided his wounded body with healing magic. This gave him the strength to sit up and use his telekinetic gifts to rip the glass out of his back. He got on his feet and (after saying his thanks) looked around for Niceda. He went over to the corner the girl used to be in and threw off the covers on the corner to reveal a passage. He carefully made his descent to avoid stepping on Niceda, discovering a vault of some sort!
Delegations of authority were at hand: he handled the looting as she searched for a way out. Only a few things of use were noted and looted (gauntlets, two orbs, a necklace, and a cloak) while Niceda stumbled on markings in the northwest corner of the vault. Arga couldn't figure it out, but she found a lever that triggered a passage to reveal itself (and toss Arga around a bit). Arga gave word to everyone that happened to be with him to move it quickly. He started the climb and led Niceda as well as the others that happened to be there into the west warehouse, through the window, and onward to the Stronghold. He didn't notice if the piratess and her allies followed into the Stronghold with Niceda and himself, but it didn't cross his mind. Inside the Stronghold and into a corner was his aim. The pair sat down and examined the items they looted.

Sig NPC: Niceda
Real Name: Niceda Lo'larox
Known As: Firebird
Age: 8
Race: Dark Elf
Gender: Female
Height: 4'2"
Weight: 63 lbs
Religion: Believes in Ogoun
Appearance:
Young and tender explains her innocent face, with eyes and hair pure as the finest platinum in the world. Her hair waved and arched down to her shoulders and upper back, thick in volume as well. She bares a simple white dress with white slippers, although the dress is a little dusty (and now bloodstained since her mother was slain in front of her). She looks a little thicker in comparison to other girls of her age, although due to being naturally stronger and spending time with her mother.
Attitude/Alignment or Personality:
Niceda often reflects both of her parents in a unique blend. It is through the strength of her mother and the kindness of her father that she is willing to help when she can. Usually, she is a pleasant individual to be around, although a little bit on the outspoken side. Being young, she also tends to question things that don't make sense to her. Given her mother’s background of being a warrior of the city, she will also follow orders very well. However, she may show the pain she feels because of the loss of her parents and break into tears.
Abilities/Skills:
[1]Low Strength: Niceda has 50% more strength than the average person.
[1]Low Fire Blast: Niceda can emit a small burst of flame, dealing a low amount of fire damage. Burns inflicted are minor while only the easiest of ignitable objects can be set ablaze.
Items:
--None--
History:
A young girl born in a family of a cleric father and a warrior mother, Niceda lived the life of a happy family of a mother, father, and single child. Like any respectable family of the city, the three would show their faith to Ogoun and offer aid where needed. She did not experience much of a daughter's comfortable life, but she did learn some basics of casting fire by age 6, a trait common to her family. Those familiar with Drow tongue would know her as Firebird. Often she would be with her mother when she was not busy, exercising with her and helping with any household tasks as needed. At such a young age, she was capable of performing tasks that would take another half of her age to perform! Her parents' standing in Caprice granted her the inheritance of the respect from some city servants (guards, clerics, etc.), reinforcing a sense of strength in her young being. Unfortunately, for her, the Divine invaded Caprice and claimed her parents' lives, her mother being slain before her eyes. All she has left now is the aid of Arga'Gurtha to guide her through the hell the Divine forged on Terrak'Lina.

I'd appreciate a stronger NPC history although not required. Do they simply learn how to use fireballs or did someone teach her?
None of your flaws fit the current mold now.
Flaws are defined as things that can not be trained. Examples are missing a leg, missing an eye, no mouth, complete deftness, having a high or low IQ, having a third arm, needing blood as a food source. Things that you can not overcome by training. Eyesight is considered to be a skill. Resistance to the cold / heat / magic / physical attacks ect. are also considered skills. Personality traits such as becoming enraged is considered a personality flaw, not an actual flaw under the flaw system (meaning your character can become enraged and you can RP that, but it wont count as a flaw).
So here's what you can do;
either you may scrap all your flaws and keep your skill points the way they are.
Or
you can have your flaws translate into positive and negative skills. Its a lot more complicated but in fairness I have to offer it. We have negative skills now. A negative 3 skill is -99.9% of that skill; non-existent. Meaning that if you have Rage Exhaustion: Physical and spiritual -3 point skill then after becoming enraged, your character quite literally collapses and can't do a damn thing except perhaps breath. Keep in mind as well that the -1 rage has to go, period. It can not be a -1 skill. Meaning that you will have to subtract 1 point from one of your converted positive skills.
Another new change is skill titles. Here is the new list.
1+ ----- Low
2+ ----- Amateur
4+ ----- Novice (At this point, you have grasped the basics)
8+ ----- Apprentice
14+ ---- Trainee
22+ ---- Practitioner (You've been using it a lot and have become quite skilled with the practical application of your skill)
32+ ---- Scholar
44+ ---- Master
58+ ---- Grand Master (Technical & theoretical knowledge, finesse, power, there is almost no equal to you)
74+ ---- Expert
92+ ---- Arch Master
102+ --- Elite (You can pretty much do anything you want to do with this skill)
Please note that a High skill is now novice which also comes with a definition. This is to help people realize just how strong their abilities are because a high skill isn't very 'high' we felt it appropriate to have a more descriptive title; novice.

I chopped out the Flaws for now, not sure if having Fire resistance, Strength, and Senses would compensate for Rage and Ice having the ability to cripple him. I sent ya a PM about how +Flaws translate to skills, but if its a 1 skill point to 1 flaw point transition, I'll just earn the former +flaws the hard way.
EDIT: I'll just re-earn the +flaws as skills. Shouldn't be too hard!
