My friend playing KoC since the beginning of the Age 5. and 3 weeks ago he left his account without on vacation mode cause of some works. then yesterday he login his KoC account and suddenly appeared this message.
"You have been banned."
why this happened? is that true that if we abandoned koc account without on the vacation mode will automatically banned? if that so how he gonna plays KoC again?
i think in Age 4 didn't happened like this...

It's pretty self explanatory, several people apparently got banned at the beginning of the age because they used illegal tools or other things.
Ask him if he used anything wierd, he probably used something illegal without knowing about it.

Anyway , most probably more people new the pass and logged in your acc and that caused the admins to ban you !

well most probably some days to go to get un banned , but you could try and pm the admins !

They dont unban someone without having a such good reason and proof you didnt cheated :..

tr00 ... and don't forget that mostly banned accounts are deleted!
And the admins are VERY hard to contact ... !
Maybe you or your friend gave his password to others to 'bank' for him ... or he used an illegal tool he didn't know off maybe!

My bet would be that his friends were logging in for him and the admins saw this, which, as I understand, is against the rules. Make sure your "friend" reads all of the rules before he plays a game.
Similarly, make sure to read all of any contract before you sign it.
