i think that every 10 people that join should become under a kingdom, and theese 10 armys, should rule the kingdom settin a general for:
Milatary
Economics
And Propaganda
Each of these generals would get an extra bonus!!! i duno like what . . . maybe . . . Economics = 10% more income?
ANYWAY moving on, theese kingdoms could attack other kingdoms toogether, OR singally . . .
Maybe a kingdom attack every week (only once a week tho because all 10 people would never be on at the same time!)
Although . . . for this to work, u will have 2 make sure clans dont get mixed . . .
Maybe, if some one in your kingdom upsets you, you could attack dem still???
Wat you think???

hmm, I think it needs a little more work, those things:
Milatary
Economics
And Propaganda
can you explain what the people that control have to do exactly?
and another bonus? like we don't have enough already, the top people would have tons of kingdoms,
and I think you should need more people for a kingdom, like 2000 or even 3500, 10 would be a settlement, 50 a town, 150 a village , like that and so on....

Hmm, might be a good idea, but if it's based on 10 random people signing up being put into one kingdom, then that wouldnt work too well as the people probably couldnt be on at the same time, and some might not even play, so you'd get kingdoms with 10 active players and others with only 1 or 2 active players...maybe if you could organise your own kingdom instead of an officer system, that'd be cool :)

Yeah, and once 10 people have formed a settlement(you can't have a kingdom with 10 people, or maybe we should base it on armysize) they can choose who else will/can be put in

it wont be good if they could choose who they want to be with... cos then all the good players who come together and rule!!!!
haha... i think it'll be better if it were a commander and officer relationship.. and then here we can limit the number of officers!!!!
haha..
:)

then maybe there should be some sort of restriction? or if 10 good players come together then 100 players would come together who couldn't join them, or somehting like that

No its a good idea. I remember a game called UnityWars in which you would be allocated into a random "Galaxy". The galaxy had a maximum of 12 people and were in groups of clusters i think.
Eg.
Galaxies 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5 were all together in a cluster. 12 people in each cluster.
There were about 8 clusters which had 5 galaxies on average in each and more galaxies would be created automatically as more people joined.
In each galaxies there was a private forum which was moderated by a 'Minister of communication'.
There was a Minister of War. Each member could put his troops into a Galactic fleet which the MoW could control, so people could combine their forces for a larger army. The galactic fleet could also defend people in the galaxy.
The Minister of Economics/Funds could control a galactic fund that anyone in the galaxy could donate to. The MoE/F could distribute these resources to anyone in the galaxy, ussually someone who had been greatly attacked or was starting off.
Then the galactic commander who had alot of power and represented the galaxy. He could control the name of the galaxy, moderate the forums, and had alot of admin commands such as who in the galaxy were ministers.
The GC was elected by a vote from everyone in the galaxy and votes could be changed at anytime. You could vote for yourself but you need at least 2 votes to be GC.
This is alot of info and i know we shouldnt directly copy it but the system worked incredibly well and i think some things should be adopted from it. Unfortunatly Unitywars no longer exists.

if people would be able to give things it would be quite alright but if people wouldn't and the minister would be able to just take it or use it... then it would suck.
if people would join one, they should be able to join one they like, and it should have a limit of members so the groups' size would be equal to others and offcourse they should be able to decide how much they will give/help or what-so-ever

Don't you guys think if these changes would be done that it would like a look like Age of Empire and all kinds of games. I don't think it would be a good idea. It's about fighting and not about builing a village. There are other games for that. But that's just my opinion. It would be a great idea for a game but not for KoC.

well, it seems age of empires is a lot more popular than KoC so it might be a good idea ;)
