View Full Version : "Bumping" Intel reports after each Spy Action

Surely wouldn't be the greatest of hassle to implement, but would improve gameplay a lot.

Suppose you'd be performing a spy operation (recon/sabotage) on someone (which you happen to have performed spy ops before), bumping up that file to the top of the page would great, (as opposed to browsing through your Intel Reports, looking for the results of your actions).

Yeah, cause if you have to look for them can be irritating, some people have 10 pages worth of intel-info

Yes I admit that i have alot of pages and if I go and sab someone that I sabbed like 1 day ago, depending on the day, it could be a couple of pages back so yes I think that this would be a great idea, and wouldn't be that hard to implement.

On another note, how do these suggestions reach the admins if everyone says that they don't come here?

I suppose they just lurking around and take secret notes, but without letting us know they are here. We'll have to wait what they exactly will do.

Ya before one of the admins had contact with them so that he could give them the suggestions, but now we're kind of on our own.

Also a question for the admins, who is the supreme admin,(owner or somethin of the boards)

why not have a search feature at the bottom of that page??

like the one in the rankings page... hmm... maybe how abt sorting the spy reports according to date...number of attempts...

i think that ANY kind of organization would be great for the intel logs whether it be searching, or bumping, or by date/bumping.... methinks that maybe it was done on purpose to put spies at an inconvenience, therefore reducing repeat attacks? i mean, if it was bumped, or searcheable, then i know I would repeat sabs a hell of a lot more often :wigglinge

They showed us the log-in dates in the previous version of GUA, and you could see they are here more then you think, where do you think they got the idea from vacation-mode? They just never post, wich is too bad I think

I agree, very good idea. Sometimes I want to look at intel files when Im sabbing, for example when I get an error on KoC. Cause sometimes the action did get through, but the page just doesnt load. And then its quite annoying to look through lots of pages for the dudes name.

i say the best thing is a search feature...maybe not by date to avoid what donleysean420 said... so with this feature, you can search for the name of your target.

It is a good idea to sort them by date instead of by member - I know how annoying it can be to have to wait for the windows to appear or to look for the member.

Better still I think would be if there was a button which toggled the list between a cronological sort and an alphabetical sort.

And on the feature of moving your most resent covert target to the top of the list: I think this has already been implemented; perhaps if you do more than 1 op on them if it doesn't work after 1.
