Prone to lots of updating... especially if I might end up using it.

Intro:
San Diablos is a city corrupted by the Mafia and Gangs that is on the coast of California, a bit to the south. The few brave enough who dares to join the Police, are either insiders or ends up dead. The life is not easy here, you pay protection money, or you end up on the hospital.

The Mafia:
The Mafia bribes police officers to make sure there jobs don’t get impeded by the police, the Mafia owns almost all the living police officers, they send there boys to do there job rather than do it them self like the Gang boys do. The Mafia is always in war whit other the other Mafia groups and may not be allied whit other Mafia Groups. The Mafia's way of work is organized crime.

Bonus:
-The Mafia don’t have problems with Police (unless the police officer isn’t bribed)
-The Mafia got a main based that is heavy guarded
-The Mafia Leader starts out whit 10 Guards that he controls.
-The Mafia Leader starts out whit $2500 Gold, members $500
-The Mafia get $100 off of specializations 1, 2, 10, 11


Skills:
1. Business - $500 every week
2. Infiltrators - Got Police Information (even classified information)
3. Protection Money - gain money from local stores ($250 a week)

There are 3 different Mafia Gangs, the Leader may make there name if he wish.

The Gangs:
The Gangs are the true enemy to the Police, Gang Members use every chance they got to take out the police. They are individualistic, and support each other within the gang, but do not like dealing with outsiders. The Gang members know their territory very well, growing up on the streets.

Bonus:
-The Gang Members have good morality, making bribes and other corruption unable to be performed.
-The Gang Members goes around in groups on 3-5
-The Gang Members starts out whit $1000
-The Gang Members get $50 off of all specializations

Skills:
1. Drugs seller - Makes $500 a week
2. Survival - can survive on their own
3. Trading - gains additional 10% off on weapons\items

There are 2 Different Gangs:

The Terrorists:
The terrorists are a small group of foreigners who work for what they believe is the greater good of the world. They have no qualms with accepting money for jobs so long as they believe it helps them. They will most likely be Europeans or Midde-easterners (France, Spain, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Russian, etc.)

Bonus:
-Terrorists start out with $1000.
-Terrorists are smart and communicate well.
-Terrorists do not as of yet have any information known by authorities.
-Terrorists get $500 off of specializations 4 and 12.
-Terrorists can be hired by the Mafia.

Skills:
1. Utopian Society- Terrorists are have stronger wills and can go to extreme measures.
2. Kamikaze- Terrorists are 50% better with explosives
3. Payment- Terrorists get $300 a week from a mysterious outside source.


The Police:
The Police are the holding the law up as good as they are able to, they patrol the city on a group on 1-2 and help the civilians. The Police arrest criminals and put them behind bars where they belong. The police got ranks and are very disciplined and are restricted to the rules. The Police gain weapons and items from the government.

Mission: Bust the Bribed Police officers (with proof), arrest the Mafia Leaders and fight the criminal Gangs and the most important, protect the civilians.

Skills:
1. Back up - can call in re-enforcement
2. Mobility - Knows how to get somewhere faster
3. Police Scanner - Get the info he needs over radio\phone

Bonus:
-The Police get all Pistol weapons, ammo, items and police cars free from the government.
-The Police Patrol on 1-2
-The Police help out other police officers, cowers his story (planting Prof for court and stuff like that)
-The Police starts out with $500

There are 2 different Police stations:

Mercenary:
The mercenary works for the money, his loyalty is to those ho pays money. These ruthless assassins do any thing for money, even killing there own mom for money.

Bonus:
-Mercenaries can swap between there group, as long as it's hired there.
-Mercenaries may backstab there master
-Mercenaries work alone, no matter what.
-Mercenaries start out with $1500
-Mercenaries get $100 off specializations 2,6,7,11

Skills:
1. Assassin: gain additional 50% getting away with an assassination
2. Trading: Mercenaries gets 10% off all weapons\items
3. Silent: Mercenaries makes 50% less noise when moving and 75% when standing (50% stealth)

Fake ID - $1200 - $800 - For quick check-ins at various places. Not amazing, but a handy tool.

Bomb Proof - $4000 - % on taking dmg = 75% against explosives, 25% miss against C-4
Paint Job\ license change - $1000 - cops wont recognize the car

large car engine - $3000 - very fast
Racing car engine - $4000 - $was that a jet plain on the free way?!?!?!
License Plate changer - $2800 - can switch between three plates (requires at least one spare license)

Specializations:
Specializations give players bonuses. They do cost money, but can be increased in other ways too. There are various levels for reach specialization, some classes may get different specializations than others. Specialization bonuses do stack.

Spec. level - price - effect

(1) Melee Combat Specialization:
Level One - $350 - +10% bonus to melee weapon damage, +1/+1 vs. dual weapon penalty
Level Two - $650 - additional +10% bonus to melee weapon damage
Level Three - $950 - +2 bonus to defense when using melee weapon, enables Custom Katana

(2) Pistol Specialization:
Level One - $500 - Enables scope upgrade, +2 defense when using pistols, +1/+1 vs. dual weapon penalty
Level Two - $800 - Enables silencer upgrade, +10% damage when using pistols
Level Three - $1300 - Enables laser sight upgrade, +10% damage when using pistols
Level Four - $1800 - cancels dual-pistol penalty, enables Darkballers

(3) Heavy Weapons Specialization:
Level One - $500 - +10% damage when using heavy weapons
Level Two - $900 - +10% damage when using heavy weapons, enables use of Rocket Launchers
Level Three - $1400 - Enables use of Multi-Rocket Launchers, M60s, and C-4
Level Four - $2200 - Enables Grenade Launcher and Heat-seeking Rockets upgrades

(4) Automatic Weapon Specialization:
Level One - $450 - enables scope upgrade, +10% damage when using automatic weapons, enables use of 3-shot burst
Level Two - $800 - enables silencer upgrade, +1 defense when using automatic weapons
Level Three - $1350 - enables laser sight upgrade, +10% damage when using automatic weapons
Level Four - $2000 - enables use of single-bullet-shot, +1/+1 vs. dual weapon penalty

(5) Grenadier Specialization
Level One - $400 - enables use of normal grenades
Level Two - $800 - +3 damage to grenades

(9) Defensive Stance:
Level One - $400 - +2 defense
Level Two - $1000 - +4 defense
Level Three - $1800 - +6 defense

(10) Secret Service Training - $1800 - -35% to nearby enemy stealth at base, $35 off of all pistols, +1 defense to nearby friendlies


(11) Driving School:
Level One - $500 - enables use of faster speeds, bullet-proof cars and large engine
Level Two - $1000 - enables use of even faster speeds and bomb-proof cars
Level Three - $1550 - enables use of Racing Car Engine and Hummer, as well as sweet driving skillz


(12) Medical School - $850 - Medical supply effiency is doubled.

4. I will give warnings for disoybeying rules. Too many warnings and face the consequences.

6. If you have anything to say about another player, PM me, do not post it!
7. Let this Quest last for a while, it’s not a race to the end
8. I might need some help if it gets big, be a good player and you get 'mod' stat in the Threat

Levels will be awarded by Anubis and Anointed. Getting levels will be earned by recruiting new players, as well as being good and active, and being COMMITTED. Basically, good effort is rewarded, joining is somewhat rewarded, and not joining at all is not respected. This is a good thread, it would be a shame if you weren't in it. After a couple weeks or so, we will look around at who is active. If you are active enough, you will have your Commitment raised. If you cause problems....

Okay, I am going to ask to be a Merc... no just kidding, I want to run a Crime Family (Mafia).

I already have a character made for this, I just have to find it.... if I can't I will remake him.
