I was searching the battlefield .. saw some nice money
I reconned :

Strike Action: ???
Defensive Action 38,726

Good .. my SA is higher Strike Action 50,994 Ranked #308 .. so I attacked

Your troops inflict 14,882 damage on the enemy!
The enemy sustains 12 casualties!

*********'s forces counter-attack and inflict 25,876 damage on your army!
Your army sustains 53 casualties!

I lose the battle, and lots of soldiers

Someone explain me .. :whistilin

Please don't post names with defensive stats of players without their permission, especially when their DA is not page 1. ~VegnaBlitz

Hate to say it, but its the random factor. Try to get a few more weaopns, its a little less random to my understaning if you have more weapons.

Indeed. And 53 soldiers is a lot to lose.......try to train your forces better or get mercs!

you can't really train your soldiers any better.
Seems a bit fishy to me.
Just be wary of who you attack

Always helps having a few mercenaries around, heh. Having regular soldiers, trained attack soldiers in this case, holding weapons with a good siege technology always help you getting good money.

Maybe you didnt upgrade a lot your siege, or the player you attacked had a higher Fortification then your Siege.. It always depends on the wicked formula of KoC..

Yeah, it's funny that it happened to me too. When I did a recon, I saw their DA rating was only 1k...and mine was way more than that, I attacked and all of sudden I lost to him and lose 4 soldiers..what's going on? Is there new formula where DA has been doubled or what?

You can arrange better the ratio of denfending and attacking soldiers....

Just remembered a point. Mayb if he was a dwarf that he was les affected by the randomfactor. Well if you would've attacked him again you might have won....

Look at this:

38 seconds ago gnarkilin Attack defended 15 7 27 7,871 1,963 details
45 seconds ago gnarkilin 7,369 Gold stolen 1 10 3 2,219 6,673 details

Look at the differents. First I have 6000 attack and he has 2200 defense and after 7 seconds its different.

Koc doesnt make sense anymore
